  What our FIND PET project looks like for now.

Inspiration

Too many lost pets roaming around without food or water.

What it does

This website basically allows pet owners who lost their pets to upload picture of them with a brief description. Then the people who see lost pets roaming around upload pictures of the pets and the zip code that they saw the pet in. This makes it easier for the pet owner and the pet finder to communicate with each other via uploaded pictures and maps showing the zip code. The pet owner will be able to put a money prize for their pet if they so choose to do so, as an incentive for those who find the pets.

How we built it

We built it in figma.

Challenges we ran into

Unfortunately we ran into some problems with anima trying to get it to show everything in order.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I learned how to use Figma and discovered Anima. We built a pretty decent looking rough draft.

What we learned

Designing a project is harder than I thought. I liked this event it was very interesting, and challenging but in a good way. I should learn how to use Citrix it might have helped. I am interested in the facebook university intership program, and in one day working with MLT.

What's next for FIND PET

We would like to get it to work properly and make it into an app for iOS and Android to make it easier on the users.
