Inspiration
Our inspiration for this simple online website was our very own friend, who struggled with selecting courses. Often, she would not know about all the possible choices for electives, and selected courses that she regretted later on.
What it does
Feelin' Lucky uses the University of Waterloo API to output a random course based on a keyword (course title).
How we built it
Feelin' Lucky was built with HTML, CSS and Javascript (JQuery).
Challenges we ran into
We ran into the challenge of importing the JQuery library from JSFiddle to Github and offline IDEs.
What we learned
We learned a lot about Javascript syntax, CSS, using APIs and the elements of design.
