Inspiration

When our team sat together to brainstorm ideas we realized that fashion is something we were passionate about. We all felt strongly about the negative impacts of the fast fashion industry. So we decided to design a site that would target these issues.

What it does

Our site is a guide to sustainable fashion. It allows users to browse their favorite style and then further recommends them sustainable brands and stores to shop at depending on their style choices. It is super beginner friendly. In addition, we also have a page for donations that give users recommendation on sustainable stores to donate clothes to like Goodwill.

How we built it

To build it, we used Figma which a UI/UX tool. We designed our site using different frames and prototypes the different features.

Challenges we ran into

Challenges we ran into include trying to figure out how to make our idea into a concrete thing. then we realized sigma was our best bet.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We love how our site turned out! We think its a really useful feature for everyday life.

We learned teamwork really gets your creative juices flowing.

What's next for Fashion FR

We want to implement actual functionality to our site and code it.
