Inspiration: We kept on forgetting critical parts of emails, like subjects and greetings, and our teachers did not respond to us. We created this this program to ensure that our teachers respond to our emails.
What it does: It helps send emails with all fields of an email filled out and ensures that the email looks professional by adding greetings and a subject.
How we built it: We used python. We used the smtplib library to send emails and tkinter to create a GUI.
Challenges we ran into: We encountered errors when trying to implement GUIs.
Accomplishments that we're proud of: We are proud to have made a working program being relatively new to programming.
What we learned: We learned how to fix errors and use a proper GUI.
What's next for EzMail: We want to use machine learning to adjust the language used in emails so the emails will sound more professional.
