Inspiration

Ice Spice

What it does

It's a CLI tool that does miscellaneous things, but inspired by the Bronx rapper, Ice Spice. It runs the gambit of enumerating networking stuff that could help enumerate a target to showing an individual the terminal to relaxing and watching Ice Spice dance Munch.

How we built it

We leveraged various technologies and 3rd party packages to make an interesting combinations of functionality in our toolchain. Ask us more for specifics!

Challenges we ran into

Beyond the ever present challenge of integration. One challenge we ran into (that was especially thorny in our side) was with the integration with Google Cloud Platform (gcp) and Domain.com, specifically there was something off with our firewalls (on gcp not ufw) and we erroneously configured the DNS records on domain.com. So it didn't have a SOA record, rip.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud to have completed as many tools for our CLI as we did, since they all had their unique problems to solve. We were especially proud to build both a CLI tool and a website to gain more attention to this tool. Additionally, it's always great to see some ascii art.

What we learned

We learned how to navigate and use services provided on the Google Cloud Platform and build multiple tools for a command line interface.

What's next for eyes-spies

In the future, we would like to develop some more tools for the CLI we created, such as creating a new song based on previous songs by Ice Spice and a language translation service. Additionally, to make the current features more fleshed out and contain more functionality would be pretty neat too.
