Challenges we ran into

Adopting New Technologies: Transitioning from our usual PHP stack to Python, Django, and Vertex AI posed initial hurdles. However, with dedicated learning and collaboration, we overcame the learning curve to leverage these technologies effectively.
Mid-Development Idea Shift: Midway through development, we pivoted our idea, requiring us to refactor code and adjust our approach. This sudden change tested our adaptability and project management skills but ultimately led to a stronger, more innovative solution.
Organizational Strain: Balancing project tasks, coordinating team efforts, and managing time zones took its toll on our organizational capacity. We implemented efficient communication channels and task prioritization strategies to streamline workflows and mitigate organizational strain.
Lack of Sleep: The intensity of the hackathon, coupled with tight deadlines, led to sleep deprivation among team members. While challenging, we recognized the importance of self-care and implemented rotating rest schedules to ensure everyone remained healthy and productive."
