Inspiration

Campus events are full of energy, but the management is often pure chaos—paper lists, repeated registrations, and long queues at the entrance. We saw how one small mistake in attendance tracking can ruin the entire experience for both students and organizers. So we imagined a simpler flow: a student registers once, gets verified instantly, and walks into the event smoothly. That idea became EventFlow, a mobile app that turns “event confusion” into “event confidence.”

What it does

EventFlow is a mobile app that helps campuses manage events end-to-end. Students can browse upcoming events, register using a validated form, and instantly receive a unique QR code for that event. Admins can create and manage events from a secure dashboard and scan QR codes to mark attendance in seconds. It prevents duplicate check-ins, keeps records accurate, and makes entry faster and more secure.
