Inspiration

Our inspiration for developing ESG for Good came from the increasing need for actionable, transparent, and easy-to-use tools to assess the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of renewable energy projects. We wanted to create a platform that simplifies ESG analysis while fostering community engagement and facilitating smarter investment and business decisions.

What it does

We developed easy to use ESG analytic tool. An interactive map combined with an agent for a better assessment, analysis, feedback and execution. We help investors and founders to focus on what matters.

How we built it

We built ESG for Good using a combination of cutting-edge technologies:

Frontend: Next.js and Tailwind CSS to design a clean, user-friendly, and responsive interface. Map Visualization: Integrated Mapbox for displaying renewable energy projects, environmental hazards, and socio-economic data layers. Backend & Data Integration: Utilized Node.js to handle backend services, while FastAPI enabled seamless integration of our AI-driven agent for risk assessment and recommendations. Database: Supabase to store and manage renewable energy project data, AI results, and risk analysis metrics. AI Agent: The AI-powered agent processes geospatial and demographic data to calculate ESG risk scores and suggest actionable improvements for businesses and investors.

Enhance the AI-powered insights: We will continue to refine the AI agent, enabling it to provide real-time updates, faster evaluations, and more comprehensive risk assessments.

Expand our dataset: To improve the depth of ESG analysis, we will integrate more granular data from global renewable energy projects and socio-economic indicators.
