Equity Jobs: An Interactive Web Applications that provides Jobs Equality Search for Women powered by ChatGPT AI
The application has 4 Components
1.) Equity Jobs Opportunities: This Components allows Employeers to easily post jobs where women can apply to facilitate jobs equity. Women who are looking for jobs can easily access jobs Details. They can view Jobs Location on Google Map and can Communicate to the Employeer via Email Messaging
2.) Equity Jobs Search using ChatGPT AI:
Ask ChatGPT to find Jobs suitable for your Qualifications.. The ChatGPT will search and list all the Sites Companies, Organisations etc. that accept Female Employees.
3.) Write Equity Jobs Resume/CV Using ChatGPT AI:
Ask ChatGPT AI to write a proficient Resume/CV based on your Jobs Search which user can edit afterwards.
Employ ChatGPT AI to ensure unbiased and equitable hiring and recruitment processes by writing a Proficient Resume/CV. These tools can help identify and mitigate biases in job descriptions, applicant screening, and interview processes.
