What it does
EngageFlow is an end-to-end GTM intelligence platform that automates the transition from raw lead lists to actionable sales strategies.
- Enriches: Automatically pulls funding, tech stack, and job signals using the FullEnrich API.
- Segments: Uses Google Gemini 3 API to cluster contacts into high-value buckets.
- Acts: Generates hyper-personalized nurture sequences and routing rules.
- Synchronizes: Connects directly to HubSpot via a Private App integration to move data from analysis to be acted upon by the sales team.
- Hence, using Gemini 3 API, Zapier/n8n, Google App Passwords feature, Gmail API integration, Google Drive API, Hubspot, in conjunction with FullEnrich API, automated analysis and outreaches to all customers is also possible with no need for manual intervention.
Accomplishments:
I am incredibly proud of the "AI Reasoning, segmentation and visualization (Gemini-3-API)" engine. Most GTM tools just group people by "Industry." Our tool can look at a list and say: "These 5 people are your top priority because they all use AWS, just raised a Series B, and their company recently hired a new VP of Sales." That level of strategic insight, generated in seconds, felt like magic when I first got it working.
What's next for EngageFlow:
Our roadmap is focused on making the platform a "living" GTM assistant:
- Intent Signal Monitoring: Moving from static uploads to live "listening" for job changes and news alerts.
- Slack/Teams Integration: Real-time alerts using GoogleAlexa or IoT technology (emqx broker) when a "High-Intent" lead is identified.
- Multi-CRM Support: Expanding beyond HubSpot to Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Monday.com
EngageFlow directly supports SDG 8 (Economic Growth) and SDG 9 (Innovation) by leveraging AI to eliminate productivity bottlenecks in the B2B sector. We are transforming the 'Future of Work' by moving professionals away from manual data entry and toward high-impact, strategic decision-making.
