Inspiration

The decentralized and transparent nature of blockchain technology can revolutionize collaboration and development processes. We aim organizations being able to find the perfect talent for their projects, and developers having the opportunity to showcase their skills on a platform dedicated to blockchain projects. It could streamline the entire process, fostering innovation and creating a vibrant ecosystem.

What it does

ELACO is an open-source platform that connects blockchain projects, organizations, and individuals with developers and contributors who want to work on blockchain-related bounties. We aimed to create a space where blockchain enthusiasts could collaborate seamlessly and earn NEAR rewards for their contributions.

How we built it

We create robust smart contracts that handled everything from bounty creation to reward distribution, ensuring security and transparency. We wanted to make sure users had a personalized experience, so we implemented a user authentication system and allowed individuals to create profiles showcasing their skills and track record. Ensuring a smooth reward distribution process, we integrated NEAR wallets into the platform. Users could manage their rewards securely and conveniently.

Challenges we ran into

Developing an effective matching algorithm took several iterations. Fine-tuning it to accurately pair developers and contributors with suitable projects required constant refinement based on user feedback.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We achieved some remarkable milestones in developing our platform that connects organizations and developers to collaborate on NEAR open source project bounties. Basically, all the process of Funding the project and the contribution of it with the authentifcation phases is ready to use. Ensuring a smooth reward distribution process, we integrated NEAR wallets into the platform. Users could manage their rewards securely and conveniently.

What we learned

We are lucky to learn more about blockchain technology, smart contract development, and the important of developing solution to resolve problem of the developer with entry level.

What's next for ELACO

We love using AI to connect the right talents with the right projects. We would like to develop a sophisticated matching algorithm to ensure that developers and contributors are paired with opportunities that align with their skills and interests, along with integrating the NFT profile for developers. Creating a Governance TOKEN ELACO for the "ELACO" platform.
