Inspiration
Realizing how big the market scope of artwork made of waste materials is and how it can slow down the environmental damage to some extent.
What it does
It allows users to sell, purchase and manufacture artworks made of waste materials.
How we built it
We built it using technologies such as Node.js, EJS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create an engaging user experience.
Challenges we ran into
The challenges we ran into is how do we style it in a way that the user is kept engaged enough. The real challenge was to work as a team, communicating, sharing ideas and different mindset, and creating something that both of us can be satisfied with.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Successfully able to deploy a working site and being able to execute almost everything that was planned except for the database.
What we learned
We learned a lot about working as a team, building something that we never thought we would have and a lot of new functions like a successful login and sign-up from user, and working backend server.
What's next for EcoVisionary
We will keep updating the site with new features such as holding up user information in databases and setting up a new service where people can learn about the unique ways of preventing environmental pollution.
