EcoHeroz

Inspiration

Inspired from the fear of planet earth rotting.

What it does

EcoHeroz helps the youth identify recyclable materials using object detection, helping them realize which small items in our daily lives are recyclable

How we built it

Object detection ml/ai model, trained it with a 2000+ image dataset, and testing it via image uploading process and webcam

Challenges we ran into

What's next for EcoHeroz

We hope to implement a Roboflow api into a website or IOS app, increasing interactivity between the educational app EcoHeroz and the youth demographic.
