EcoEnemies is a website that uses maps and location pins to pinpoint local eco-problems. These markers can be sourced from the internet, or added by the community and run by a moderator. For example, if there is a build-up of plastic pollution by the coast near Seward Park, then there will be a marker there. That point can be viewed by other people, to spread awareness of local environmental issues, and so willing volunteers or organizations in the community can clean it up. The severity of these problems will be marked, to differentiate minor and major problems. For comparison, a major problem would be like the Duwamish RIver, where the municipal government is handling the issue. This project was created to spread awareness and ease the way of researching and learning about environmental problems by making it compound and intuitive.
