Inspiration: Increasing productivity and access to markets
What it does: Connects commodity market to producers
How we built it: With Java and Python, designed with WordPress
Challenges: we ran into Half of the team did not extensive coding experience. All of us did not have agriculture knowledge.
Accomplishments that we're proud of: Identifying the problem and thinking of a solution. A system was created for matching the commodity market companies with producers using various criteria.
What we learned: Social media websites are very difficult to implement. Time management is crucial.
What's next for droma: Connecting it to the web and providers.
