Inspiration
Mental health disorders have long been a serious issue in the story of mankind. In recent years, mental health in the youth has worsened due to the pandemic. The demand for mental health professionals and therapists has never been higher. We were inspired to create an app that would eradicate mental health disorders through effective AI treatment.
Journey
Our full stack web application features various AI Chatbots, each fitted to your needs. The chatbots come in all different types, each suited for different situations. To accomplish this, we used the SvelteKit framework to deisgn our frontend and connect it to the API and backend. Lastly, we used the OpenAI API to power our AI Chatbots. Along our journey, the greatest challenge we faced was getting the chatbot to talk about sensitive topics due to the restrictive nature of the OpenAI API.
