Inspiration

What it does

Our application provides a platform for training students for practical courses using augmented reality with hand-eye coordination. We focus mainly on welding, plumbing, and electrician courses which require labs that may not be available all the time in rural areas.

How we built it

We built the entire app using Unity 3d framework and vuforia to utilize augmented reality.

Challenges we ran into

We struggled a lot due to a few tutorials that are available to develop AR apps for android.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we could finish the app's prototype within a day.

What we learned

We learned how to create AR applications in unity.

What's next for DhronARcharya

We would like to implement Blockchain technology which can be used to issue and manage digital certificates, providing a tamper-proof and decentralized record of credentials, such as academic degrees or professional licenses after a successful simulation.
