Inspiration

Even with advanced tools, project managers still waste hours in meetings assigning tasks and tracking progress. We wanted to make planning fully autonomous.

What it does

Delego automates team planning using digital twins that debate, align, and assign tasks intelligently—no meetings needed.

How we built it

We built a multi-agent framework connected to company docs, Slack, email, GitHub, and LinkedIn. Agents use LLMs to reason, negotiate, and match tasks to the best-fit person.

Challenges we ran into

Ensuring meaningful agent communication, managing privacy across integrations, and avoiding circular reasoning were key challenges.

Our prototype turns project briefs into actionable tasks and assigns them autonomously—mirroring real meetings through agent debate.

What we learned

Autonomous coordination needs structure, reasoning, and trust between agents, not just a single large model.

What's next for Delego

We’ll integrate with Jira, Notion, and Google Workspace, adding reinforcement learning for smarter, adaptive planning.
