Inspiration

Challenged by the idea of having an AI proactively interact with a human, taping on his context to offer guidance and peer support in (one of) our most human activity: learning and making progress.

What it does

Send spaced nudges, suggestions and guidance to a learner based on learning science, his learning history and his goals.

How we built it

I started with lovable for user interface and the general architecture. using github sync I fixed the AI part and the UX.

Challenges we ran into

The AI provider Mistral has interesting possibilities we could leverage but that stretched too far the possibility of a simple web app, we hit some limits.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It works. it's not pretty nor perfect but it's a good proof of concept to iterate upon.

How to use lovable and stretch it beyond a simple UI. How to use Mistral agents and tool calls. How to use ElevenLabs API

What's next for Deeper Learning Coach

Build the server side and move some off the load on the server. Try a mobile app using expo ASAP because that's where such app will shine, always in your pocket. Add more integrations.
