Inspiration: Breast cancer is a common cancer that affects both women and men. The American Cancer Society (ACS) estimates that in 2022, in the United States alone, about 281,550 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women, and about 2,650 new cases will be diagnosed in men. Detecting breast cancer involves integrating many different considerations. This can include genomic, behavioral, environmental, and other factors.
Learned: New python techniques, background research of breast cancer, and development of risk factors and treatment options.
How: Created a python script that gives a low medium or high risk score based on user input information.
