Inspiration

The loonnnngggg wait times at all the dining halls

What it does

It uses bluetooth data from nearby devices to estimate the current wait time at a restaurant/dining hall.

How we built it

We built a web app using Django to present and retrieve data from a rasberry pi. We placed a rasberry pi next to Jersey Mikes to scan bluetooth data from all the devices nearby. This data was then sent to an api we made that parses the data and converts it into a readable format. We then display the parsed data onto a graph that helps visualize when the restaurant is busiest.
