Inspiration
Throughout my life I have been confronted by many common illnesses such as sore muscles, common colds as well as headaches. I wanted to build something that would let me find solutions for all of them, without having to go through 100s of sources on google.
What it does
It allows for users to receive information, remedies, as well as listing of products for remedies on common illnesses.
How we built it
I used code.org as well as Javascript.
Challenges we ran into
Not being able to hyperlink the amazon pages. To fix this, I used pictures, for users to be able to see products at a quick glance.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Being able to have 4 different common illnesses.
What we learned
You will sometimes have to find a different solution, for issues that may arise. A solution may not work the first time, but you must retry again.
What's next for Daily Medic]
Adding more illnesses and a scroll bar.
