Inspiration

• Amidst the second wave of the pandemic and the numbers on the constant rise getting a bed in an emergency be it covid related or not is a pain. When one of us faced a similar problem where we couldn’t find a bed and time was ticking since immediate medical attention was required. That’s when we thought of building an app to display available beds in the hospitals of our city.

What it does

• Displays available covid & non-covid beds in nearby hospitals
• Display Covid Stats for India

How we built it

• HTML/CSS, JavaScript for Front End
• Flask for Server -SQL for Database

Challenges we ran into

-Faced bugs, since we were unfamiliar with the techstack and the concept of web development

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• It works!
• Were able to get a complete working project

What's next for coWEinfo

• Add new features like Oxygen and Ventilator facilities
• Automation of Verification Process
• Creation of Communication Channel between Patient and Hospital Administrator
