Inspiration
Companies face a crisis every year as tens of thousands of students flock to the job market. To minimize the stress placed on the HR department, and ease the need for recruiters, we created this project - the CorporateMatchmaker

What it does
The Corporate Matchmaker matches hopefuls to companies according to the skills they possess - nothing more, nothing less. We built the prototype using HTML, CSS and Bootstrap
What's next for CorporateMatchmaker
We had quite a few things in mind:
- RDBMS for companies and users using CockroachDB
- Push notifications to inform if a person is matched with a company using Courier
- Verification of skills via certificates, and verification of certificates via image recognition
- Compatibility test (a percentage based on the ratio of the skills the user possesses to company requirements)
- Blacklisting repeat offenders/fraudsters (using a reporting system)
- OAuth using Google, LinkedIn, GitHub

Too many ideas, too little time!
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Despite the fact that it was the first hackathon for 75% of our team, we managed to get the prototype in place!
