Contractify

73 percent of freelancers are paid late, often they don't get paid at all. So we created contractify--A contract generation application that creates a legally binding contract for you to print!

Inspiration

One of our team members is a freelancer and has been scammed by people. The existance of a contract would have stopped this from happening.

What it does

Our application contractify creates simple, legally binding contracts for freelancers.

How we built it

We built contractify using html, css and javascript.

Challenges we ran into

We had to extensively research things to include in the contract so that its legitimate and usable.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to even COMPLETE this project since we started relatively late due to some miscommunication regarding the timezone.

What we learned

We learned a lot about contracts in general during the making of this project. We also brushed up on our javascript which is AMAZING!

What's next for Contractify

We want to add invoices to this application and make it one-stop solution for freelancers.
