Inspiration-

As a developer, you must be quite familiar with LinkedIn & Twitter, and am sure that you are aware of programmes like 365days of code, 30daysof HTML, etc. etc., & also, people posting them completing these milestones on these 2 platforms mostly. while it is okay to post about the new things one learns, however, doesn't it feel boring when most of your connections start bombarding posts about each little step? Some programs offer swags for posting about their daily progress in the world of competitive programming, & it is not a treat for the eyes to see so many posts simultaneously. With the introduction of new people in tech each day, around 1 out of 5 profiles in social media mentioned before, these days, have something like 5 star on hackerrank, 3 star on codechef, etc. people don't even leave GitHub bio or Instagram bios alone-their star studded achievements are everywhere, thus creating FOMO & unhealthy competition among students.

## What it does-

It would be helpful to embed a single link to all the competitive programming profiles via this website-since most of the times, spamming on socials with I got my first star! & Today Icompleted this problem-like share & comment please bothers sometimes. Especially when you have multiple connections posting the same kind of content daily. On a personal level, my friends hate LinkedIn just because they feel like there is too much spam or flexing going on on the platform. Also, people have resumes with links to atleast 2 competitive programming platforms on their resume. on the POV of the friend who peeps into his friends resume, they have to go through all the profiles & they might dislike going through all the profiles (read-stalking)there needs a platform where one can continue flexing without bothering anyone-and Compifiler is there to solve all the problems. Built to be a simple website for flexing, it shows the live dashboards of all the competitive programming sites of the user-showing his streaks & badges, thus eliminating the need of checking & posting on multiple sites. the users can decide the no of dashboards they wanna display, & Has a simple interface, with the statistics of the coding website profile details of the user.

## How we built it- HTML/CSS ## Challenges we ran into-

It was challenging for me as it was a last minute decision, that too, without any backup. Spent countless hours brooding & brainstorming about possible projects, which are lesser common than the others Even though it was challenging, I enjoyed every part of the building process, and I learnt a lot more in these 48 hours than what I thought I would do. I have tried to use the simplest layout, so that beginners wont have problems understanding it.

**The demo video doesn't have sound- has subtitles instead as I was in a noisy environment** ## What's next for Compifiler-

The future of the project lies in the implementation of apis & profile details scraping as some competitive programming sites don't actually use apis, & displaying the results in an image form.
