Inspiration

Using ChatGPT, I realized I had more coding skills than I thought. Along with The Syndicate, we've built a service for coaches to 10x their value to their clients using the power of AssemblyAI and ChatGPT/OpenAI and have implemented this project this weekend with Zach Zayac, Founder of Win The War Consulting https://winthewarcs.com/

What it does

This app records a coaching client's daily reports, and then performs a prompt flow on the audio and transcription to provide immediate, actionable advice for their coach that can be implemented in REAL TIME. It's going to save Zach and other coaches 20 hours per week in client document and submission review.

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

• Combining ChatGPT with AssemblyAI; solved. A web audio file can now be transcribed into text and used as a prompt for ChatGPT/OpenAI.
• Unfortunately, we couldn't make the app live because there's a waiting period to get approved for a Twilio WhatsApp Account

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Building something we could implement in real-time and validate with military leadership.

What we learned

The time between ideation and physical manifestation has never been shorter.

What's next for Captain's Log

We're rolling out this service with Zach Zayac, Founder of Win The War. He's going to present this prototype to his higher up's. Soon, we'll have the ability to integrate this app into WhatsApp once our Twilio WhatsApp integration is approved.
