Inspiration
We wanted to create a website to update people on global climate change, and also provide people with resources to help combat deforestation, air pollution, etc.
What it does
This app will get you updated on all the locations and people impacted by climate change and give you interactive data visualizations in order to preserve our home, Earth.
How we built it
Graphs were created with the Plotly Python library and the website is hosted via Streamlit. HTML and CSS were used to style the application and add navigation bar functionality.
Challenges we ran into
We were working from two different timezones, so it was difficult to work on the project at the same time
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're just happy to have finished this project and formatted it nicely! This was also Caleb's first time using Plotly for the interactive data visualizations.

What's next for Climatic
We will be trying to get more frequent updates to the data (daily updates, hopefully), and even current news events related to climate change.
