Inspiration
We are inspired by the events happening around us and we want to create a safer and better environment by informing everyone.
What it does
We created a website with information about climate change. There is also QR codes that people can scan to see climate change happening in front of them.
How we built it
We build the website on repl.it using HTML and CSS. The QR codes and images are created using echoAR.
Challenges we ran into
We have imagined the AR to play an animation of a model of a place going through climate change so people who sees this can truly feel how bad climate change is and they will feel the importance to take action to climate change. However, we ran into problems while doing this so we end up with images of places experiencing climate change.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
It is our first time participating in hackathon so we are really proud that we are able to create a website and use echoAR.
What we learned
We learn how to use echoAR and HTML.
What's next for Climate Change Sucks
Add to our website and create more projects relating to climate change.
