Inspiration

We saw talented professionals leaving their dream jobs because of a "silent" crisis. Traditional wellness tools rely on surveys, but by the time an employee fills one out, they are already burnt out. We wanted to build a "Check Engine" light for the human brain—something that detects the smoke before the fire starts, saving both the person and the company's $150k+ replacement cost.

What it does

Clara is an AI-driven early warning system for burnout. It integrates into Slack, Teams, and Google Workspace to analyze non-invasive "digital biomarkers"—like typing fluidity, context switching, and communication tone. It gives employees a private Mind State score with recovery tools, while providing employers with anonymized department heatmaps to fix systemic workplace stress.
