Inspiration
The CRA holds over $1.4 billion in uncashed cheques owed to Canadians and the Bank of Canada reports roughly $950 million in unclaimed dormant bank account balances. Most people have no idea this money exists or how to claim it. We built Claim Pilot to fix that.
What it does
Claim Pilot is an AI agent that searches government databases for unclaimed funds and benefits you may be eligible for, then uses browser automation to help you fill out and submit the application forms. You give it your basic info and it does the rest.
How we built it
React and Tailwind for the frontend. Supabase for auth, user memory, and claim tracking. Claude as the LLM to handle reasoning and decision making. Playwright to run headless browsers that navigate government sites and fill out forms. Claude decides what to do, Playwright executes it.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The system works end to end on real government sites, from discovery to form submission. The Supabase memory layer means the agent learns your profile over time so you never re enter information.
