Inspiration

Studying for technical courses can be challenging due to part recollection of information. In Neurosciecne, the brain cells form stronger connections if they are trained like a normal muscle. I.e via tests/exams

What it does

creates questions from a corpus (a body of text), converts them to topics, and tests students on said topics. i.e the student must specify the issues to be tested. it will use spaced repetition to repetitively tast them on problem areas.

How we built it

we proposed to create a website that organizies a students documents in hierarchical order depending on the students topic for them. A topic model table will be generated from the documents and quizzes/tests will come form this pool of topic related questions. For each question, if the student doesn't know the answer to the question then the website will repeatively ask the student the question over time until they have a firm understanding.

Challenges we ran into

For start, finding a suitable problem statement for the project. Decerning the key components of the application and what tools we should use to solve the problem.
