Inspiration

In a digital era constantly facing data breaches and identity theft, we recognized the need for a self-sovereign identity system. The blockchain's immutable and transparent nature inspired us to find a solution to allow individuals to maintain control over their personal information without compromising on data security.

What it does

ChainPersona is a decentralized identity platform. Users can create, manage, and authenticate their digital identities without relying on centralized authorities or intermediaries.

How we built it

We used Cartesi to interact with the blockchain on top of NEXTjs frontend. We used web3 to manage web3 interaction.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into challenges integrating the Cartesi rollup for our application.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of successfully integrating the Cartesi backend to send client information to our frontend.

What we learned

We learned the importance of building as a team and not quitting.

What's next for Chain Persona

Continue to build. We would allow users to post to their identity, similarly to how a user would post on twitter.
