Inspiration
We were really intrigued by this track due because of its focus on global implications of local greenhouse emissions and government.
What it does
We used poliltical affiliation data and greenhouse gas emission data on the county level to observe trends.
How we built it
We primarily used python and tableau to visualize these trends.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into issues with data cleaning and missing sets of data
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're proud of producing these visualizations as first-time hackers in such a short period of time.
What we learned
We learned how to use Tableau effectively and learned how to use python pandas.
