Inspiration

The company website to help its employees (We did CBRE Track)

What it does

Our project is a piece of employee software used to track and manage work, help employee's stay organized, and improve company satisfaction.

How we built it

We used Figma to build our project.

Challenges we ran into

Some challenges we ran into were animations being difficult, too much time spent researching / time management issues.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Some accomplishments that we're proud of include finally cracking down a good layout, the RISE animation on the pop-out menu, and the fact that we actually completed all that we set out to do.

What we learned

We picked up some useful skills from the FIGMA workshop that helped us improve our project. We learned more about the UI/UX design process.

Briefly describe your project in relation to the design prompt

We focused on making a product for CBRE that would help solve employee burnout, utilize AI in a helpful manner, and provide them with ideas for future company software.

Describe your main design decisions and how they contribute to your product

Some design decisions such as including the project and logs tab contribute to our product because one of the main complaints employee's seemed to have at CBRE was a lack of recognition, so having a place to log one's work and see all that you've accomplished could hopefully help people feel more paid attention to and keep them motivated. Another big thing was the wellness tab, as mental health is a very serious thing and if employee mood and burnout is a concern then ensuring that employee's have easy access to useful company resources can help them feel better.
