Pharmaceutical organizations face unprecedented pressure to digitally transform while navigating complex regulatory requirements and employee resistance. We saw an opportunity to leverage AI to revolutionize change management specifically for this industry.

What it does

Catalyx AI is a multi-agent system that transforms pharmaceutical change management through six specialized AI agents that strategize initiatives, craft communications, identify resistance, generate assessments, analyze data, and maintain knowledge repositories—all integrated into a unified platform.

How we built it

We created a modular architecture with specialized agents connected through a workflow orchestrator. The system features a unified chat interface with API integration to enterprise systems, allowing seamless interaction with HRIS, project management, and communication tools.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating regulatory compliance requirements with change management best practices was complex. We also faced challenges in designing an AI system that could understand the nuances of employee resistance while maintaining a human-in-the-loop approach for sensitive decisions.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We developed a system specifically tailored to pharmaceutical needs that addresses the entire change management lifecycle. Our feedback loop implementation ensures continuous improvement, and the intuitive chat interface makes sophisticated AI capabilities accessible to non-technical users.

What we learned
