Inspiration

When you come back from holidays or trips from another country you always have cash left from the local currency. You don't need that cash, and going the bank either is very cumbersome or you get a very bad rate for exchanging it back into your local currency. Prior to a holiday you always need a little amount of cash to buy simple things when you arrive such as a drink or a bus ticket.

What it does

The app allows people coming back from country x to exchange their cash with those who are about to leave to country x, allowing them to easily transfer the money via transferwise

How we built it

We built the app with swift natively and used a parse server to store the user data as well as data on open offerungs. The final transactions are then being transferred through the transferwise API
