How we built it

Huge thanks to stream, because this is not something that can be achieved in 3 days. Chat and feed are really complex things to build from scratch, stream SDKs made these really simple.

Challenges we ran into

This is our first time using stream, so we had a struggle integrating and customizing according to our needs. And also got so many issues and bugs as all developers face. Time management.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We built a great community platform for students by connecting to students around the world.

What we learned

Learned how to integrate stream chat and feed SDKs in our web app. As this is our first building a feed feature, we learned so many like types of feeds, parts of a feed post, how to connect all the things and more.

What's next for CampusMate - Community

We found this idea really interesting, so planning to make this a real community. We are also planning to add other features like challenges and collaboration.
