🧠 What it does

CalTrack ADHD is a productivity app that helps users get into a flow state and get things done. The app uses a combination of techniques, including mindfulness and positive reinforcement, to help users focus and stay on task. CalTrack ADHD also provides users with tools to track their progress and set goals. All this while listening to Lofi/Nature sound prevents your mind from getting distracted and maintains singular focus.

It helps you:- ⏱️ Pomodoro timer to Stay on Track ✅ Todo list to list down the tasks 🎧 Lofi/Nature sounds to vibe to & maintain a singular focus

🔨 How we built it

I built CalTrack using ReactJS, a JavaScript library for building user interfaces. I used the create-react-app package to bootstrap the project. The app is hosted on Netlify, and is available at gentle-crostata-2f739b.netlify.app/.

🧠 Challenges we ran into

*Programming Challenges: * This was my first time working on a unique React Project and it's definitely not the same as writing down code from tutorials.

Other than that, One of the challenges I ran into was choosing the right time management strategy to base the app on. I considered several different approaches but ultimately decided on the Pomodoro Technique because it is a well-known and widely-used strategy that is effective for people with ADHD.

Another challenge I ran into was designing the user interface in a way that would be both effective and visually appealing. I wanted the app to be simple and easy to use, while also being visually stimulating and motivating.

👍 What are the benefits of using CalTrack?

There are several benefits to using CalTrack. First, the app can help people with ADHD get into a flow state and get things done. The timer and goal-tracking features help users to stay focused and on track, while the visual elements help to keep them motivated.

Second, CalTrack is a web-based app, which means that it can be used on any device with an internet connection. This makes it convenient and accessible for users, no matter where they are.

Finally, CalTrack is free to use. There are no subscription fees or other costs associated with using the app.

🏆 Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of building an app that can help people with ADHD get into a flow state and get things done. We are also proud of the app's simple and effective design, and its ability to be used on any device with an internet connection.

I also shared my journey with all ups and downs on CalTrack Journey

🤯 What we learned

We learned a lot about time management strategies and how to design user interfaces that are both effective and visually appealing. We also learned about the challenges that people with ADHD face when trying to get things done.

⏭️ What's next for CalTrack ADHD?

We plan to continue working on CalTrack and adding new features that will make it even more effective for people with ADHD. We also hope to spread the word about the app so that more people can benefit from it.

I'm also looking to take this project further and also as a Content Creator, I'm looking forward to putting it in the market for people with ADHD to get benefited from this project.
