Inspiration
With the increasing customers of the companies it becomes difficult to humanly interact with them to solve their problems as a customer care service. So we came up with this CallBot.
What it does
Our CallBot interacts with the customer and collects the required data from natural language speech of customer.
How we built it
We built it using Twilio Call API, Django for backend and React frontend.
Challenges we ran into
It is very challenging to make an interactive phone call using Twilio Call API as it involves asking questions to customers and replying back according to their responses to these questions.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We successfully called the customers and gathered their response.
What we learned
We learnt about integrating Twilio voice calling api along with projects.
What's next for CallBot
We are planning to make the phone calls more interactive and apply NLP to make the response more meaningful.
