Inspiration: Transforming passive fans into active stakeholders during live games, inspired by streetball culture and real-time engagement.

What it does: Live AI-powered game predictions where fans stake "Crew Cred" reputation points to agree or challenge the AI, creating a real-time prediction market and leaderboard.

How we built it: Python backend with rule-based AI simulation, Streamlit for interactive UI, and Plotly for real-time data visualization—all built in 48 hours.

Challenges: Simulating realistic live game data flows and designing an intuitive staking system that feels competitive, not like gambling.

Accomplishments: A fully functional prototype with live updates, fan voting, and a cultural UI that aligns with the Concrete Jungle aesthetic.

What we learned: Simple, explainable AI models can drive powerful engagement when combined with community competition and strong theming.

What's next: Integrating real sports APIs, expanding to basketball and cricket, and developing DAO features for fan governance.
