Inspiration

We learned about the system based on a little project of one of our teammates did and we wanted to implement it furthermore.

What it does

It collects call recordings and converts them into transcript and afterward we create pointers for the sales representative to improve future communications

How we built it

We use OpenRouter LLM and we aimed for open AI gpt-4.0 and Google ADK system. Additionally we implemented the Twillio API for the call recording.

Challenges we ran into

We struggle on setting up the MLL and setup realtime updates in json files

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We learned that LLM APIs are super helpful to develop code faster and smarter since you got a AI by your side inside your code.
