Challenges I ran into involved server problems which we spent days without sleeping to help retrieve live data from servers. The YELP API was the most frustrating and difficult challenge we faced because their API would not return some important data and therefore we had to develop our own algorithm.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of involving working 3 days without any sleep, collaborating with my teammates to make a very complicated product that is based on analysis and data.
What I learned was to never use the YELP API ever again due to its very complicated difficulties.
What's next for Budge involving expanding, involving more activities and develop a massive user base. We have surveyed many college students and all of them were optimistic and agreed that they would use this application often. We will seek to produce our own API as well to help simplify the lives of other developers as well as to have them produce goods that will benefit the good of mankind.
