We were inspired by the need for accessible financial education, particularly among young adults facing economic challenges.
What it does
BrokeToBoss is an interactive web platform that provides users with tools, resources, and courses to improve their financial literacy.
How we built it
We built the program using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to make financial tools and incorporate user-friendly design elements.
Challenges we ran into
We faced challenges with integrating APIs and ensuring our content was engaging and easy to understand for diverse audiences.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We’re proud of creating a prototype that effectively educates users and incorporates feedback from early testers, all done in less than 3 days of coding.
What we learned
We learned the importance of user experience design and the value of collaboration in overcoming technical hurdles. There's so much information that would be extremely efficient without teamwork.
What's next for BrokeToBoss
Next, we plan to enhance the platform with more interactive features and expand our content to cover a wider range of financial topics.
