Inspiration

We are four women that are about to enter the tech industry as cybersecurity professionals. None of us came into college with a tech background, and we won't be leaving college knowing everything there is to know about cybersecurity. This field is ever-changing, and sometimes intimidating, but with a community of other women to support you, anything is possible!

What it does

Working from home can make learning and growing difficult, so this app keeps users from falling behind in the field. This is an app focused on teaching women how to navigate cybersecurity tools and best practices. We are dedicated to helping women amplify their knowledge in cybersecurity, providing them with all the resources they need to do so. Key features include:

• Udemy Plugin - Connect to the courses you’ve purchased through our app.
• Digital Certificates - Ability to earn digital certificates that you can share on LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
• Personalized user dashboards - Allows for the ability to keep track of progress while also earning XP and leveling up.
• Interactive practice exercises - Ability to practice course materials through quizzes and small exercises.
• Robust and structured learning paths - Take our quiz to get a personalized learning plan tailored towards your goals.
• Networking opportunities - Ability to network with course instructors and participants through our community forum. Create your own profile and get active!

BrainTech is meant to be a support system for women not only in a tech related field, but for women in any profession who are looking to get more knowledge in the ever-changing field of cybersecurity.
