What mostly inspired us was using AI in a way that would benefit the employees and the manager both, and not make the company too reliant on it for all their tasks. We wanted to find a way to relax the employees when they got too burnt out, but also make it easier for them to finish their tasks with ease, and not procrastinate too much. So we decided to make a multipurpose WebApp that will do the tedious task of planning their tasks for them, provide short and fun competitive games for employees to destress, and a way to rate their mood and confidence about the day, along with any feedback to the company. The only technology we used was Figma. The project BrainReady has a separate page for each feature with an easy-to-follow UI, making it simple for the employees. We encountered small design conflicts, such as with the task manager page, where everyone had a different idea, so we resolved them by incorporating the better parts of all the ideas. The one thing we learned is that the planning and brainstorming part takes a while to finish, and that we should not move on to designing until we are sure that we want to stick with our idea.
