Inspiration

We were inspired by the lack of centralization when it comes to apps on campus. Each student has to have a wide variety of apps to get by in the educational life.

What it does

The app brings together multiple areas of campus life including menus, bell schedules, quicklinks and events.

How we built it

We built the app using React, Node.js and Express and Mongodb. We also spent a large amount of time discussing ideas and potential plans for the App.

Challenges we ran into

React can be very finicky at times. It was the wide variety of small issues that posed the biggest challenge to us as a whole. Each little problem adds up over time and nearer to the left us in a time scramble.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the verification system we built with the events that we built. Essentially before a post can be publicly seen a token is emailed to us where we have to verify the event. Once it is verified the post can be seen publicly.
