Inspiration

Are the people joining a group chat really the person you think? With bluff, you can biometrically authenticate them before theyve even joined, to make sure they really are who they say they are!

What it does

Uses biometrics to verify the identity of users before they join a chat - helping you to avoid imposters and get rid of malicious spies!

How we built it

A go backend for the bot interactions, an angular front end to register known faces and users, with the entire thing running on a mix of Heroku/GCP.

Challenges we ran into

GCP being rate limited by lets encrypt, making our certs difficult! CORS being a pain Integrating cisco oauth with aimbrain sessions
