Inspiration:

The present pandemic crisis made us to contribute to this unique 5-day virtual turbocharged recruitment model.

What it does:

Virtual time-boxed hiring process during difficult times will help the millions of people to apply and the companies can also post their needs on the fly. The search engine crawler will search the nearby jobs available. Any job seeker in need can make a selection and immediately connect to the hiring company. If a handshake happens at the other end, a token id will get generated and shared between both the job seeker and the hiring firm. This is timeboxed and will stay active for 5 business days. A regular notification checks will ensure that both the parties are engaged and there are no lapse in focus. If the job seeker applies for more than one position that will be notified to the hiring company so a transparency is established.

How I built it:

This business model is built as a prototype using Just in mind app. 5 Why’s on it’s potential growth and implications were analyzed.

Challenges I ran into:

1) Stochastic what if scenarios like if the Job seeker applies to more than 1 job. The recruiting firm should also be aware of it - Establishing multiple token id (one-to-many relationship and many-to-many relationship models). 2) Search current datasets for covid19 impacted job loss.

Accomplishments that I'm (We) proud of

This would revolutionize the mindset of the enterprises who recruit in a monolithic way.
Our team strength with diversified skillsets and the commitment over the weekend was very commendable.
5 days recruit will modernize the mindset towards job interviews. ## What I learned:
How well EU commission has managed to have such a big event with no hassle.
New toolsets and resources shared was very helpful.
Reading further literatures, felt the real pain of losing a job.
