Inspiration

I love books and I think about them a lot so I've been meaning to start a blog with my book reviews/analysis. This is just the frontend part I've started on!

What it does

It has an index page with a welcome and grid of recent posts on the blog. Then the posts can be clicked to go to a new page with the actual post/content. There's also a post index that shows all of the current posts.

How I built it

It's all made in Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS. I made the basic format in Bootstrap and then started changing things with custom CSS to fit how I wanted them to look exactly. I also uploaded images and fonts for my pages.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I'm happy to make my first complete format in Bootstrap. I've never made anything this complex in it, most of my Bootstrap set ups have been small parts of a bigger project.

What's next for Blog Theme

I'm going to set it up more obviously, customize it more, and try to get a backend server set up as well! And maybe farther down the line I could automate the posting of new content to update everywhere, so I don't have to do it manually.
